Assalamualaikum. I hope my readers will be in the best of health while reading my blog. This blog will focus more on my entry about what I learnt in both Strategic Management's lecture and tutorial.

On the first lecture, I met with Ms Ummi. I find her very interesting and she has a very unique approach in introducing the subject to us. She started the lecture with a 10 minutes game building the tallest tower by using newspapers and other resources that we have. We were separated in 10 groups. This game encourages us to think and and make quick decision on what is supposed to be done. In 10 minutes, we have to plan and take action on it. We had fun trying to build the tallest tower. However, having fun is not what is expected from this activity. We learnt that having a good strategy can help us in making decision and getting better results.

Many in the lecture gave response that we need strategy in every action that we take. I, on the other hand, think that something else need to be added while planning a strategy. Creativity, that is. Thinking out of the box is not something that everyone has. I would not deny that I usually don't have any. I feel the need to brush out on my creativity thinking. Yes, I will work on it!

All in all, it was an enriching lecture even though it was just a short one. Anyway, what matters most is the quality not the quantity. :) Let's score A for this subject! Allahumma Ameen!
